For their Family Tree Project, Tilquin brewed exciting creations in honor of various family members. The Marie-Catherine is dedicated to brewer Pierre's mother. The blend consists of 40% 1-year lambic, 30% 2-year lambic, and 30% 3-year lambic. The beer was then aged in the bottle for a total of one more year. Refreshing acidity, notes of green apples, lemon zest and a pleasant dry finish.
