Rye'n Roll!

This characterful IPA from Sierra Nevada Brewing was brewed largely with rye. It used to be made frequently. Rather less so nowadays. A shame really, because rye has great flavour characteristics. This beer is wonderfully bitter and edgy. Subtly fruity and resinous.
