Karabel – the neighbourhood in Hernani where it all began, just a few steps away from Basqueland. This beer celebrates the return of a friendship collaboration with Thornbridge, right on the banks of the River Wye – true pioneers of West Coast IPA in England. While Karabel I was brewed there in 2021, Karabel II is the Spanish version. An all-round successful West Coast IPA that combines classic and modern: resinous, dank character, floral notes, lime zest, grapefruit and mandarin, subtle herbal tones and a dry, bitter finish.
