What about the deposit?

We are legally required to charge a deposit on certain packaging. If a deposit is applied to your order, you will find the amount listed in the respective online shop offer. Return of deposit-bearing packaging is only possible at our location in Hamburg.


I received incorrect and/or damaged products, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately by email, providing your order number, your personal details, and information about the incorrect/damaged products. We will handle the claim process as quickly as possible.


Don’t the bottles break during shipping?

We ship all our parcels exclusively in packaging specially produced for shipping bottles and cans. This packaging provides very good protection against possible transport damage.


How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are €6.90 (incl. VAT). From an order value over €70, delivery within Germany with DPD is free of charge. Optional shipping via DHL costs €8.90 – reduced to €2 for orders over €70.


Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value is €15.00 excluding shipping costs. 


How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days via our parcel service providers DPD or DHL. Shipping to other European countries takes between 3–5 days.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide in Germany via DPD and DHL. In addition, we currently ship to Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Shipping to DHL Packstations is also possible. Below you will find an overview of shipping costs per carton for each country.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments by credit card (MasterCard and Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Giropay, Sofort Banking (Klarna), and prepayment.


I have a merchandise voucher. How can I redeem it?

If you have a merchandise voucher, you can easily redeem it on your next purchase. Simply place your desired items in the shopping cart. At the end of the cart, above the total costs, you will find the option “I have a voucher” where you can enter and confirm your voucher code. The voucher amount will then be deducted from your purchase total. If your voucher value is higher than your cart total, you can use the remaining balance for a later purchase.


I have a voucher for a Beyond Beer event (tasting or brewing course). How can I redeem it?

I forgot my password. What can I do?

In the “My Account” section, click on the text “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email address. We will then send you a confirmation email. By clicking on the link contained in it, you can change or reset your password.
