The Polar Bear edition is a Cold IPA featuring exactly 7.0% ABV, born from the brewery's deep love for lagers and West Coast IPAs. In this brew, Bevog combines the best of both worlds: the uncompromising crispness of a lager meets the intense hop aromatics of a Westie.

Brewed with their house lager yeast and refined with local organic rice, "Polar Bear" boasts an extremely lean, clean body and a bone-dry finish. This minimalist base allows the four featured hop varieties to take center stage. Expect a complex bouquet of grapefruit, lime, lemon zest, and a touch of pine. The bitterness is well-defined and, combined with the effervescent finish, provides maximum refreshment.
