This modern IPA is crisp, fruity, and wonderfully refreshing – brewed with juicy citrus hops and a balanced base of Pilsner, wheat, and raw wheat malts. House yeast provides a particularly clear, clean flavor profile with a smooth finish. Ideal for the first rays of sunshine in spring or relaxed afternoons outdoors.

But there is more behind the name: The Tehuantepec Jackrabbit is an endangered rabbit species from Mexico, found only in a few regions. This beer is part of the “Extinction Is Forever!” series by Bevog, aimed at raising awareness for endangered animal species.
