Brewed with Buckwheat, Aged in Merlot Barrels
A new creation from the crazy beer biochemist from Schleswig Holstein. The beer fermented with mixed fermentation was brewed with buckwheat and then aged in French Merlot barrels. Truly complex with a hearty body and fine acidity from the wine. In the end, the beer was even dry-hopped with Cashmere.
