“Fà Balà L’Oeucc” – which means “Keep your eyes open” in the Milanese dialect – is a clear statement: This modern IPA draws attention to itself. Blonde, creamy, and packed with tropical hop character, it showcases what has been happening at Lambrate in terms of “hoppy” in recent years.

Brewed with oats and rye for a round mouthfeel, double dry-hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Ekuanot, and Mosaic – about 30 g/l – it creates a fruity aroma play between mango, papaya, and citrus zest. Modern, juicy, and with a wink.
