Quarantot is a strong Double IPA with plenty of chaos potential – in the spirit of the Italian saying "fare un quarantotto," which causes quite a stir. Brewed with Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe on a lean Pilsner malt base, this beer brings an explosion of tropical fruity aromas into the glass. Fermented with American yeast for extra expression – intense, complex, and anything but quiet and tame.
