With the Master of Strata series, the French brewery Les Intenables dedicates itself to a special hop passion. For three years, the team has been collaborating with Hops Company to select specific Strata lots, celebrating their unique characteristics in a trilogy of Hazy IPAs. The series kicks off with Master of Strata #1, where the selected Strata hops are enhanced by the addition of Citra.

This Hazy IPA impresses with an alcohol content of 6.7% ABV and a very low bitterness of only 16 IBU. The secret to its intensity lies in the massive dry-hopping (DH) of 16 g/L. Visually, it presents a dense, hazy yellow. On the palate, a complex profile unfolds: the passion fruit and strawberry notes typical of Strata blend harmoniously with the classic citrus and grapefruit aromas of Citra hops. A juicy, smooth mouthfeel makes this beer a prime example of modern, hop-forward brewing.
