The Omnipollo Standard IPA

The Zodiak is Omnipollo's self-proclaimed house IPA. Various types of malt and a decent portion of Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial form the base. This very classic India Pale Ale, with 6.2% alcohol, comes across as particularly fruity, which is typical for Omnipollo. Aromas of peach and apricot, combined with a nice bitterness, create a wonderfully rounded and super drinkable IPA.
