Neuro by SOMA Beer from Catalonia, Spain, is an Imperial / Double New England / Hazy IPA built around a focused but powerfully effective three-hop lineup: Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Cryo, and Galaxy. The combination is no accident — it's a statement. Nelson Sauvin brings its signature wine-like, floral fingerprint: ripe white grape, gooseberry, and an almost elegant fruitiness, while Nelson Cryo amplifies those same qualities in a more concentrated, even more expressive form. Galaxy rounds out the profile with tropical intensity — dried pineapple, white peach, and a subtle resinous dankness. At 8% ABV, Neuro is a beer with real weight — super smooth on the palate, surprisingly refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink for its strength.
