Schönramer - Bayrisch Pale

Bavarian tradition meets modern hop vibes

When Upper Bavarian brewing skills meet intense hop power, you get the Schönramer Bayrisch Pale in your glass. This Pale Ale is a real statement, proving that tradition and modern craft beer culture go hand in hand in Schönram. Get ready for a beer that packs a punch without losing its Bavarian drinkability.

The nose greets you with a literal explosion of fruit aromas. Thanks to dry-hopping with the German hop varieties Mandarina Bavaria and Herkules, you'll encounter notes of tangerine, citrus, and a hint of a floral bouquet. It is exactly this combination that defines a modern hop-forward style: fruity, bitter, and straightforward.

On the palate, the Bayrisch Pale reveals its full profile. The striking bitterness is perfectly integrated into a lean malt body, making every sip refreshing and lively. This isn't a beer for the hesitant, but for people who love hops and still value artisanal precision. A beer with real character from the Rupertiwinkel region!

Culinary-wise, this Pale Ale is a true all-rounder. It pairs excellently with spicy Thai curry or a juicy burger fresh off the grill. If you prefer things more traditional, try it with a spicy mountain cheese – the hop bitterness cuts perfectly through the richness for a genuine taste experience.
