This is a series of Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts, each incredibly layered and wonderfully complex.
The Dead Violet was created in collaboration with Forager. It was brewed with Canadian maple syrup, blueberries, and vanilla from Uganda. A blend of different stouts that were aged for 2-3 years in Pappy van Winkle, Blanton's, and Weller barrels.
