Brewed old-school using a double decoction mash and an extra-long cold lagering period, it utilizes only the finest local ingredients. The foundation is built on premium floor-malted pilsner malt from the historic Kounice malthouse, while the world-famous Saaz hops (Žatecký poloraný červeňák) provide its unmistakable aroma. Expect a golden-yellow lager with a full, malty body, delicate floral hop spice, and a crisp, pleasantly dry bitterness (38 IBUs).
