If you want to brew a really good West Coast IPA, there is probably no better partner than Stone Brewing. The West Side Glory is hopped with the US hops Centennial, Cryo Citra, Cryo Idaho 7, HBC 586, and HBC 1019. Notes of resinous pine, grapefruit, peach, and lemon zest combine with a malty body and a decent amount of bitterness.
