For their Family Tree Project, Tilquin has brewed exciting creations in honor of various family members. The Arthur is dedicated to the great-grandfather of brewer Pierre, who lived from 1865 - 1932. The blend consists of 20% 1-year-old Lambic, 30% 2-year-old Lambic, and 50% 3-year-old Lambic, thus having a very high proportion of older Lambic. Overall, the beer was then aged in the bottle for another year. Fascinating beer from Tilquin.
