With Fermenting Frank, Amsterdam’s Two Chefs Brewing presents the second installment of their "2026 Limited Edition IPA Series." In this series, the brewers follow the strict "Single Hop Protocol": a single hop variety is brought into total focus and pushed to the absolute limits of its aromatic potential. Frank—part robot, part mad scientist—is responsible for the obsessive precision during fermentation.
The result is a massive New England Double IPA with an ABV of 8.0%. For this creation, only Mosaic hops were used, featuring a staggering load of over 23 grams per liter. Set to "Maximum Juice Mode," the beer explodes with aromas of ripe mango, jammy berries, and zesty citrus, all backed by a soft, resinous pine hum. It is opaquely hazy, silky-smooth in mouthfeel, and unapologetically expressive—a true highlight for fans of modern, hop-forward NEDIPAs.
