Here we have a very special blend: The Drifter (Waves), a collaboration between Weaver Hollow and Root & Branch, has been blended with the Drifter (Illinois), a collaboration between Weaver Hollow and Afterthought. Incredibly complex wild ale with funky notes of apricot, citrus, and a dry finish. Like all beers from the tiny US brewery, it is extremely limited and above all extremely good and complex.
