Youth Protection Notice

The sale of alcoholic beverages is exclusively to persons of legal age. Therefore, beyondbeer.de only enters into contractual relationships with customers who are at least 18 years old. By submitting an order, customers bindingly confirm that they are of legal age. They also assure that all information provided regarding age, name, and address is truthful. Furthermore, the customer is obliged to ensure that the delivery is received only by themselves personally or by an authorized representative who is also of legal age. If there is any doubt about the recipient’s age at the time of delivery, delivery personnel are instructed to verify identity and age by requesting a valid ID card. The goods will only be handed over to persons of legal age.

If minors place orders by providing false information and/or without the consent of their custodial or legally responsible adult representatives, Brausturm Bierverlag GmbH hereby generally revokes such contracts as a precaution in accordance with § 111 BGB (Section 111 of the German Civil Code).
