For this cuvée from Oude Geuze Armand & Gaston, lambics from four different barrels and a total of ten brews were blended together. Around 20% of the blend consisted of four-year-old lambic, supplemented by a high proportion of two-year-old lambics. This resulted in a weighted average age of 24 months at the time of bottling. This was followed by a further three years of bottle aging, bringing the beer to a total weighted age of 50 months at the time of release. More than 80% of the grain used for this cuvée comes from the company's own Pajottenland Cereal Collective. Honey from the company's own beehives in Schaarbeekse-Kirschfeld was also added during blending.
