Tropical Gose by CRAK Brewery from the Veneto region of Italy is exactly what its name promises: a refreshing, fruit-forward Gose that marries the best of the classic German beer style with a tropical fruit basket. Brewed using the Sour Kettle method with selected Lactobacillus cultures — giving the brewery precise control over acidity and character — Tropical Gose combines passion fruit purée, pineapple purée, and guava purée with the characteristic saltiness and gentle tartness of a craft-brewed Gose. At 4.5% ABV, it is light, lively, and made for warm days.
