The traditional Belgian brewery Duvel launched Duvel 6.66% in spring 2021. The basis is typical Duvel: light malt, bottle fermentation, Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. But unlike the classic Duvel, this beer was brewed with four additional hops. They give this Belgian Blond Ale refreshing fruity notes of citrus fruits (orange, lemon peel) and, in combination with the yeasts, floral hints. Duvel 6.66% is full-bodied, slightly malty-sweet, zesty-bitter and pleasantly hoppy.
