With Soup Dolcita, the brewers take the proven foundation of their flagship NEIPA and steer it in an exceptionally soft, almost creamy direction through a specific hop variation. "Dolcita" hints at the pleasant sweetness and smoothness of this particular brew.

This New England IPA features an alcohol content of 7.0% ABV and is based on the classic combination of Citra and Mosaic, but in this version, it is enhanced by the addition of Sabro hops. The result is an aromatic profile reminiscent of peach yogurt: intense notes of ripe tangerine and tropical fruits meet Sabro's signature hints of coconut and cream. On the palate, it remains characteristically "soupy"—extremely hazy, full-bodied, and with a minimal pine note in the finish for freshness.
