With Happy Collider, Northern Monk unveils the Patrons Project 48.03, a unique collaboration featuring Dutch "beer engineers" Moersleutel and the artwork of Tula Lotay. This beer serves as a fruit-filled ode to the impending spring, blending winter’s richness with the anticipation of summer’s bounty.

At 6.4% ABV, this Fruited Smoothie IPA showcases a stunning deep red-purple hue and a masterfully struck balance between succulent strawberry sweetness and the tangy bite of blueberries. To ensure a signature "milkshake" mouthfeel, the brewers utilized a heavy oat base topped off with milk sugar (lactose). The hop bill, featuring Mosaic and French Barbe Rouge, complements the fruit with its own berry-forward notes and a subtle tropical hint. An opaquely hazy, silky brew that blurs the lines between craft beer and fruit smoothie.
