The Scottish sour beer specialists venture deep into Pastry Stout territory here, delivering a true masterpiece. With a hefty 11.0% ABV, it represents the pinnacle of their "Scoop" series and tastes exactly like the iconic combination of cooling mint and dark chocolate. The base of this massive Imperial Stout features roasted malts providing notes of coffee and cocoa, while the addition of peppermint extract and heaps of chocolate creates that authentic "After Dinner" feeling.

The body is thick, almost velvety, perfectly supported by the use of lactose and oats. On the palate, intense layers of dark chocolate dominate immediately, broken up by a refreshing, crisp mint note – a play of warmth and coolness dancing on your tongue.
