The Drifter (Illinois Bines) is a wild ale brewed with a lot of oats and hopped with Crystal hops from Illinois. The aging in French oak barrels added even more complexity and depth to the beer. Like all beers from Weaver Hollow, this is something for true enthusiasts and is extremely limited.
