Japanese Wit IPA

Another very unusual IPA from Orca Brau in Nuremberg. It was fermented with saison yeast and brewed with coriander seeds and orange peel, giving it a strong witbier character. However, it was hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Idaho 7. The Japanese twist: sansho pepper and yuzu were added at the end.
