An absolute insider tip. We have had Brasserie Popihn in our range for some time now. They are better known for their well-known craft beer styles, such as IPA, sours and stouts. For some time now, however, the French have also had a "Sauvages" range. Beers that are spontaneously fermented and stored in different barrels. And they are incredibly good. Better than much of what is known. This beer was matured for 2 years in bourbon barrels. Simply complex, yet harmonious. More is hardly possible.
