This great wild ale from the former head blender and brewer of Mikkeller Baghaven is a blend of one and two year old barrel aged spontaneously fermented beers from Copenhagen. After blending, the beer was macerated for some time on white Saturn peaches. The result is a thoroughly fruity beer experience with a great balance of sweetness, acidity and fruitiness.
