Lambic & Gueuze – Tradition Meets Character

Lambic and Gueuze are traditional Belgian beers created through spontaneous fermentation, giving them an extraordinary complexity. Lambic is often enjoyed on its own or refined with fruits like cherries or raspberries, resulting in styles such as Kriek or Framboise. Gueuze, on the other hand, is a blend of young and aged Lambics that undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, developing fine carbonation and layered aromas.

The flavor ranges from tart and dry to fruity, with subtle woody notes from barrel aging. On the nose, you’ll often find hints of apple, lemon, and sometimes a slightly earthy character. These beers are a true piece of Belgian brewing heritage and continue to fascinate enthusiasts all over the world.
