In the Glass

In the glass, the Philippine Eagle presents itself in a brilliant golden yellow, topped by a stable, fine-pored foam head. The nose immediately reveals the typical West Coast profile: intense notes of grapefruit and resinous pine dominate the aroma, accompanied by subtle hints of light malt. The initial taste is crisp and direct. On the palate, a snappy bitterness shows, harmonizing beautifully with the fruity citrus notes. The body is slender, and the finish is dry and long-lasting – exactly what you expect from a genuine West Coast IPA.
