Back in the tail end of May, Black Iris had the pleasure of inviting local heroes Magpie Brewery over to brew not just any beer, but a great big Triple IPA! And let us tell you, this beer boasts the highest hop bill Black Iris has ever put into a brew to date, ensuring an intense and unforgettable experience.

This Triple IPA is a bold statement, packing a solid 10% ABV, and it's clear that the Black Iris team is super proud of this creation. They've used a myriad of hop products and tweaked their process over several years to perfect it. The hop journey kicks off with Mosaic Dynaboost in the copper, then continues with Strata CGX and Idaho 7 T90 at pitch in the fermenter. Later, in the conditioning tank, they added Mosaic Hyperboost, Strata, and Azzaca T90 for an explosion of aroma.
