CoolHead - Lollipops: Pink Guava + Passion Fruit + Apricot

CoolHead - Lollipops: Pink Guava + Passion Fruit + Apricot – A Tropical Fruit Wonder

The Lollipops series from CoolHead Brew in Finland is renowned for its intense fruit combinations, and this edition is no exception. Designed as a Fruited Sour, this beer brings a serious dose of freshness and color to your glass, focusing entirely on the harmony between acidity and sweetness.

The aroma and taste are dominated by the namesake fruits. Pink guava provides an exotic, slightly earthy sweetness, while passion fruit enlivens the profile with its characteristic, zesty acidity. Apricot rounds it all off with a velvety texture and soft fruitiness, giving the beer an almost smoothie-like consistency.

As no specific hops were mentioned, this beer relies entirely on the power of its natural additions. The combination of pink guava, passion fruit, and apricot takes center stage, supported by a fine acidic structure typical of this modern beer style.

With an alcohol content of 6% ABV, this sour beer is pleasantly robust without overshadowing the lightness of the fruit. Lively carbonation ensures that the intense fruit notes dance on the tongue, keeping the drinking experience refreshing until the last sip.

This Fruited Sour is the ideal companion for light summer salads with goat cheese or a fruity dessert like a classic lemon sorbet. The acidity cuts beautifully through creamy components and complements fruity desserts perfectly.
