Firestone Walker has created the Parabolita as a kind of blend of their Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Parabola and their Milk Stout Velvet Merlin. The result is a 9.2% strong Imperial Stout brewed with vanilla, cocoa, and sea salt. The aging in the bourbon barrel intensifies the vanilla notes even further.
