Sunday Service is a collaboration between two of Northern Europe's most compelling craft beer breweries: FUERST WIACEK from Berlin and Jopen from Haarlem, the Netherlands. Together they have brewed a Double Dry Hopped New England / Hazy IPA at 6.8% ABV, built around one of the most classic and consistently powerful hop trios in American craft beer: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Citra delivers its radiant grapefruit bomb and passion fruit aromatics; Mosaic layers berry fruit, tropical depth, and a subtle earthy complexity on top; and Simcoe provides the powerful finishing touch with its characteristic pine resin and a hint of strawberry. The DDH process concentrates all three to their maximum potential — the result is a Hazy IPA that is juicy, full-bodied, and alive with an aromatic vibrancy that makes every sip an experience.
