Visually, Roots presents itself in a dense, glowing honey-yellow hue with a luscious turbidity that immediately brings fresh tropical fruit juice to mind. Thanks to the Citra and Nelson Sauvin pairing, the nose explodes with intense aromas of ripe mango, juicy citrus, white wine grapes, and crushed passion fruit. On the palate, the beer delivers an exceptionally soft, pillowy, and creamy mouthfeel. The 8% ABV is seamlessly integrated, carrying the enormous fruit profile without showing any booziness.
