Cider with a tea of rose petals, linden blossom honey, and rosehip
The pomace from the Finkenwerder Autumn Prince was infused with the tea of rose petals and honey, then pressed again. During fermentation, rosehips were added to the cider.
With fruity notes of apple, exotic fruits, and honey. Pleasantly light with 5.5% alcohol.
