In this edition, the carefully selected Strata batch is paired with the New Zealand superstar Nectaron. The Alsatian brewery's goal remains the same: to fully explore the versatility of Strata hops by synergizing them with another characterful variety in an intense Hazy IPA.

Master of Strata #2 also features an alcohol content of 6.7% ABV and a gentle bitterness of 16 IBU. The aromatic power is driven by a massive dry-hopping rate of 16 g/L. While the Strata hops provide the familiar passion fruit notes, the Nectaron brings an explosion of tropical pineapple and ripe stone fruits like peach. The result is an extremely expressive and punchy flavor profile, rounded off by a silky texture and a harmonious finish.
