Master of Strata #3 – Mosaic by Les Intenables - Craft Beer is no ordinary Hazy IPA — it is the result of a three-year project. In partnership with Hops Company, Les Intenables selects a special lot of Strata hops each year, which is then showcased across a trilogy of Hazy IPAs through a massive Double Dry Hop. The third edition pairs Strata & Mosaic with an impressive DDH of 16g/L — delivering an aromatic profile of tropical fruit, kiwi, pineapple, and floral notes that is hard to surpass in intensity and freshness. At 6.7% ABV and just 16 IBU, this NEIPA is exceptionally full-bodied and silky smooth on the palate.

What sets Master of Strata #3 apart from other Hazy IPAs is the craft precision behind the concept: the annual selection of the Strata lot ensures that each edition of the trilogy reflects a unique hop profile, drawing out the very best from that year's harvest.
