With the Nebuchadnezzar, Omnipollo has created one of the most popular Double IPAs from Scandinavia, an old homebrew recipe that was scaled up for the brewery. Basically economic suicide, as hops were brewed in massive quantities, but the success speaks for itself: gold medal here, gold medal there, best Swedish beer 2013, and so on and so forth... now also brewed for the first time in their own brewery in Stockholm.
