A classic Helles with a modern touch. The focus of this beer is clearly on drinkability. It is slim, only slightly hoppy in aroma and just a bit bitter, has a mild, slightly sweet malt body, and a soft mouthfeel that promotes a pleasant drinking flow.
The aroma ranges between flowers, white pepper, freshly baked bread, and fruity citrus notes.
