At 4.3% ABV and built on a carefully composed malt base of Salmon-Safe certified pilsner malt, honey malt, corn flakes, and acidulated malt, this Session IPA delivers a gentle sweetness and a subtle body fullness that feels unusually rounded for the style. The hop lineup of Saaz, Audacia, Elani, Tango, Dolcita, and Citra Hyperboost is as diverse as the two cities that inspired this beer: from the classic noble hop spice of Saaz to the concentrated citrus-tropical punch of Citra Hyperboost — finely calibrated, aromatically precise, and alive with a vibrancy that lifts this beer well beyond the standard Session IPA category.
