Irish Weisse

Inspired by a Berliner Weisse, the Dublin-based Whiplash Brewing brewed this tart beer with passion fruit. At 3.8% ABV, it’s wonderfully light, with a gentle acidity balanced by a pleasant fruity sweetness.
