A spontaneously fermented beer brewed with raspberry!
The fruit content is 30%. The berries are macerated on one-year-old Lambic. This creates an intensely fruity, sweet and sour taste. At 2.5%, the beer is pleasantly light and lean.
Perfect as an aperitif. And it is also suitable for cooking - try it!
