Boon Kriek is a blend of oak matured old and young lambic. After six months of aging, 25% sour cherries are added to the beer to produce a secondary fermentation. Then the beer is filtered and bottled. With 4% alcohol, a fine residual sweetness and wonderful fruitiness, this lambic is a bridge between beer and wine.
