For this Armagnac Geuze, lambics from two small Armagnac barrels from Domaine Laballe, a small distillery in Paerleboscq, France, were blended together. The two-and-a-half-year-old lambics matured for a further nineteen months before being combined with young lambic. This gives the cuvée a weighted average age of 36 months. All four lambics used for this blend were brewed with grain from the Pajottenland region.
