Three lambics that have been aged in cognac barrels for over twenty months have been blended to create this small cuvée cognac gueuze. The lambics come from five different brews, more than 60% of which were brewed with local grain from the Pajottenland region. As most of the lambics are from 2020, the weighted average age of this blend is over 46 months. The barrels come from a small, independent cognac distillery in Charente, France, known for its focus on terroir and the highest quality.
