Peach Lambic

Yellow peaches from a small farm in northern Spain were used to make this beer. The fruit ripened for five months on one- and two-year-old lambic before the individual batches were blended together. The final fruit intensity is an impressive 409 grams of peach per liter of Perzik. The lambics used come from three different barrels and a total of eight different brews. All lambics were brewed with grain from the Pajottenland Cereal Collective, which gives the beer its regional character.
