Inspired by the creaminess of a New York Cheesecake and the freshness of ripe tropical fruits, the breweries have created a complex sour ale that resembles a liquid sorbet.

The collaboration between these two heavyweights of the European craft beer scene promises an intense mouthfeel. The goal was to bring the texture of melted ice cream and the fine acidity of a smoothie into the can.
